Our R&D center is an ambitious, experienced and powerful team that devoted to steel wire rope, slings and oil well pump career, and also this team is the new technology innovation team with abundant technology and strong technique strength in Xianyang City. Xianyang BOMCO insists on building the most competitive R&D team, owned more than 120 technicians including 2 CNPC technical specialists, 3 BOMCO manufacturing experts, 3 experts with great contributions in Xianyang City, meanwhile, more than 40 experts with high professional titles. Master and intermediate title people accounted for about 70%.

    Xianyang BOMCO has perfect system of design, production, technology and control, the imported technologies of wire rope design and production control could achieve the technical requirements for oilfield, marine works, port works, coal mining, construction machinery and etc. Imported heat treatment techniques could meet semi finished products from1.4mm to 10.0mm and sorbite treating of steel wire rod, steel wire production technology could ensure regular production more than 300 kinds of specifications wire rope and steel wire, we also owned adequate inspection and test equipments, the inspection center has awarded the CMA certification of Shaanxi province, could do the chemical, metallographic and mechanical test independently. 

    Through years’ technology accumulation and development, Xianyang BOMCO could research and manufacture the 6 strands, 8 strands big diameter wire rope from 60mm to 90mm according to national standard and also be able to inspect them according to the standard. The Haimen branch could manufacture and inspect steel wire rope from 90mm to 203mm.Xianyang BOMCO insists on combining imported technology and independent innovation, still combine innovation, manufacture, sell and research to roll out new products. The new products with good performance have a certain reputation around the international market.
